Fermenting juice from red wine grapes is left for a short time on skins to obtain attractive colour. Fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks as for white wine production. Just prior to bottling a small amount of CO2 is added to provide the spritzig effect.

Tasting Notes: An attractive pink wine with a bright, fresh bouquet of strawberries and roses. A light, refreshing style with a hint of sweetness, this wine has sweet berry fruit flavours, with a pinch of mixed spice, finishing with an added zing!
